The Charter Of Jamie Seed Camel Limited Liability Company

Article I – Name & Purpose

The name of this entity shalbe JAMIE SEED CAMEL LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, hereinafter referred to as “the Company.”

The purpose of the Company is to engage in education, financial literacy, asset protection strategies, and the facilitation of entrepreneurial development in a manner that uplifts communities and fosters generational wealth.

Article II – Mission Statement

The Company exists to:

1. Provide educational empowerment regarding spiritual, inner-development, character building, financial sovereignty and the union of the subconscious and conscious mind (SPIRITUAL growth).
2. Cultivate self-sustaining communities through strategic development initiatives, via stewardship training and mindful practices via Acapella Academy (auxiliary of the Church).
3. Offer resources and guidance on spiritual wealth accumulation, mental asset protection, and estate planning tools for [living trust] estates.
4. Development of new paradigms, selfe-control, thought maintenance, eliminating limiting financial beliefs and encouraging success-driven mindsets.
5. Establish and maintain networks of like-minded individuals and enterprises seeking to expand and build a new economic foundation.

Article III – Taxation Clause

Take Special Notice:
That all property, of whatever kind or description, belonging to or owned by said Company shalbe forever free frome taxation for any and all purposes.
